When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, company name (if provided), area of interest and message you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the work you are considering and maintain records of our communications. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting and service providers
The website and contact service are designed to use Amazon Web Services. Website content may be delivered through servers outside Australia. Information sent by email is also handled by the email providers involved in delivery and storage. Access to enquiry information is limited to people and providers who need it to respond or operate these services.
Technical information and abuse prevention
Website delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details. The contact service uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers and request counters to limit repeated submissions. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting engagement, or to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect information. Contact-service request counters are configured to expire after 24 hours and operational logs after 14 days; automated deletion may take additional time.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have supplied, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained.
